Tiffins Hair Policy

Our Guarantee

We want you to absolutely love your hair with each and every stylist at Tiffins Hair Salon. If for any reason you are unhappy with your results or any aspect of your service, please contact us within 48 hours so that we can re schedule an appointment to discuss any issues (we do not refund)
Customer service is the most important thing to us.

Arriving Late

Your appointment time is booked especially for you. if you are running late please let us know in advance if possible and we will do our best to accommodate your appointment. However time may not permit for us to complete your full service, this means that your appointment may be shortened or rescheduled to ensure that we are running on time for our next client. If you arrive 15 minutes late or more we will need to reschedule your appointment so that our stylist can provide you with the best quality of work.

Cancellations

If for any reason you need to cancel or change your appointment please do so as soon as possible. we need at least 48hrs notice (e.g. if your appointment is on Saturday you must call us no later than Thursday to cancel your appointment. This allows us 24hrs to make a booking). This ensures that we can offer your appointment time to someone else. Anything less means that clients on our cancellation list will miss out. Please let us know as soon as you possibly can if you need to cancel. Failure to give us at least 48hrs notice of cancellation will result in a 50% cancellation fee. Non-attendance will result in a 100% cancellation fee and gift vouchers will be void. Payment in advance may be required for new clients and clients with a history of non-attendance or cancelled appointments without 24hrs notice.

Payments

All appointments with a duration longer than 60mins requires a non-refundable booking fee at the time of booking. The booking fee is transferrable to another appointment time if more than 48hrs notice of a cancellation/change has been given. Booking fees can be paid over the phone or in person.

Personal Damages

Here at Tiffins we provide all the correct PPE for colour services. We will always do our up most to protect your clothing but this cannot always be guaranteed and therefore we take no responsibility for clothing damages/stains.

Children in the salon

We know how precious you little ones are and we will do our best to make sure the safety of your child comes first but it is the parents/guardian full responsibly for the safety of their child/children and we will take no responsibly for damages or accidents that may happen on the premises , we have sharp and very hot tools in the salon and urge you to keep an eye on your children. As we would hate it if they were to get injured.
