Making an appointment

To help with social distancing, please phone us if you would like to make an appointment – we will not be accepting walk in appointments for the time being.

Extra health & safety measures we are taking:

1. Our team will greet you without close contact (no handshakes, hugs etc.).
2. On arrival, you will be asked to use hand sanitiser. We will provide these facilities. Also if you can bring your own masks that would be appreciated, we will have masks available with a £1 fee. We will be temporally taking temperatures on arrival (no skin contact needed). We have provided our own track and trace system asking you to confirm that you haven’t got any covid 19 symptoms or been with anyone else that may have symptoms. We will then take your name and contact number.
3. Our team is following strict hygiene guidelines and we ask you to do the same – please place any used paper towels and tissues straight in the bin after use. Sanitize or wash your hands after coughing or sneezing.
4. There will be digital magazines for you to enjoy so please feel free to bring along a smart device and scan our QR CODE when you arrive to get access to over 70 magazines. we can now serve tea or coffee but only while you are processing after your colour/treatment has been applied. This excludes all other services. we will however have water/juice available to everyone. all will be served in disposable cups.
5. Team members will be sanitizing all stations, door handles and bathrooms regularly.
6. Team members will be washing their hands thoroughly between clients and appointments.
7. We ask you not to touch any of our retail products unless you are definitely purchasing the item.
8. We will be accepting both cash or card payments as normal
9. All team members will be in masks and visors
10. We can provide a side room if you are extremely vulnerable please ring the salon before hand so this can be arranged
